Order and Shipping Policy
- Orders are generally processed between 1-2 working days.
- We are only taking orders for Karachi at the moment.
- Order needs to be placed before 4 pm for same-day delivery. After 4 pm, the order delivery time will automatically shift to the next day.
- There is a special menu for same-day delivery items. All other items need to be pre-ordered.
- We are only using bykea and indrive couriers for your deliveries so the shipping rates will be area specific. You will be notified of the charges at checkout.
- Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, easypaisa and JazzCash. COD is not available at the moment.

- These timelines may be affected during site-wide promotional offers, public holidays, rainy seasons, or any strikes.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We do not process refunds or exchanges. We may offer you special concession if the order has not been prepared.
- Your contact information / delivery details are only used to deliver your order. Please ensure you enter correct and valid information for us to communicate with you.
