That depends on the item ordered. If it’s from our same day delivery menu, and is placed before 4 pm, it will be delivered on the same day. If not, then you will be shown the earliest time it can be delivered during our working hours

Your order can be cancelled before production starts. So please try to check with us at your earliest to make sure neither of us suffer from a loss. You will have to pay the full amount if the production has started
For brownies, pizookies, tarts and cookies, it’s ideal to keep them in an airtight box with a slice of bread to keep the desserts moist and soft for longer. If you plan to keep it for more than three days, please refrigerate it.

Depends on the product. If it’s compatible with writing, and it’s a pre order, the option will be given.
Yes we do, if placed at least a week or so in advance. But we need 50% advance payment in order to process the order.
